I am enthusiastic about improving business performance with a business-driven approach to enterprise software projects. I grew up in a techie family and pursued a career in software lasting more than 20 years. Although I’ve tried other paths in service, marketing, and sales, consulting projects are always much more interesting to me.

I am somewhat of a perfectionist. “Better is the enemy of good enough,” is a favorite quote which I apply so that we have the right amount of scope and craftsmanship. This is at the heart of good change management which is critical for project success.

I have a BA in Cognitive Science from the University of California, Los Angeles. Away from work I enjoy time with my son. I enjoy a wide variety of sports such as mountain biking, swimming, or disc golf.
