My entire career in customer service has been spent trying to do what is best for my clients. I love process, and helping to formalize and improve something that has been done ‘naturally’ in the past. I enjoy solving problems, and helping a client come up with the best solution to their challenge. Being there at the “ah-ha moment” when everybody realizes the solution has been found is one of the best parts of the job.
I received my degree from Ferris State University in Computer Information Systems, with a heavy emphasis on Business Administration. I’m the guy who can sit in the room with the programmers and the sales team and help translate each group’s needs to the other. I have an especially strong work background in Marketing and Technology solutions.
My wife and I have been married for nine years and have a young son and baby girl. We spend a lot of time in the yard, on bike rides, and drawing on the driveway in chalk.
