“DPT has helped us on many projects involving business process analysis/mapping. They’ve assisted us in meeting our business goals by working for us. They really make a point to know our business. They’re not just here to sell us a pre-determined product or approach.”
Henry J. Morley, PMP
Managing Partner
I have been a Business and Technology Consultant for 16 of my 26 years in the professional world. Prior to finding my business consulting niche, I was in engineering, sales and distribution in the office furniture, aerospace, aluminum manufacturing, and consumer products industries here in West Michigan. I founded DPT ten years ago based on three core principles which still apply today:
- We focus on a customer’s business needs first so technology can support, not lead, the effort.
- Our services delivery model provides clients with trusted local resources, and employees with a family friendly place to thrive professionally.
- We promote the highest professional and business ethics standards in dealing with all of our stakeholders including clients, employees, partners, suppliers, and the community.
The last principle is deeply rooted in the character of the firm. It is also represented by one of my favorite quotes that I frequently use with my kids – “Character is doing the right thing when nobody’s looking.”
I have an MBA in Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University along with a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Western Michigan University.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wonderful family and three children. I’m actively involved in several professional organizations; I enjoy golf, basketball and the occasional political discussion.
